Workout 1A & 1B - Row, Run & Fun
Event 1 is a 26' AMRAP for Rx and a 20' AMRAP for Scaled of rowing, running and burpee box jump over/ burpee box step over.
While one partner starts on the rower, the other one runs 100m/ 80m to the box, where he/she does the BBJO/ BBSO followed by a run back to the rower. After 3 rounds of run - BBJO/ BBSO - run partners switch.
This workout will have two scores.
Score A = total meters on the rower at the end
Score B = rounds of run - BBJO/BBSO - run
